Delete your FridgeFix account

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to FridgeFix.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account & Data.
4. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.

Cannot access your account?

Email us from the address connected to your FridgeFix account. Use the subject line “Delete My FridgeFix Account.” We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before processing the request.

What deletion covers

The deletion process removes the FridgeFix app account and matching active records, including kitchen inventory, scans, saved recipes, meal plans, grocery data, preferences, and diagnostic records. An active Stripe web subscription is cancelled first. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled by account deletion and must be cancelled through the applicable store. Deleted database records, backups, or uploaded media may persist temporarily under infrastructure-provider retention rules. Shared household ownership must be resolved before deletion when another active member could lose shared data.
